Plans come up in conversation and then evaporate. Now Amicai puts them on your calendar with one tap.

Last Thursday, I texted my friend Devon about grabbing dinner. We landed on 7pm Friday. Then I went back to work and completely forgot about it until 6:45pm the next day.

This happens constantly. Plans come up in conversation — a dentist appointment someone mentions, a trip date that gets confirmed, a birthday dinner that needs coordinating — and then they just... evaporate. They're sitting right there in your messages, but your calendar has no idea they exist.

So we built something about it.

Your conversations now talk to your calendar

Your Daily Reflection on Amicai now has an Upcoming section. It shows plans and events that Amicai detected from your actual conversations — things like "Dinner with Devon — Friday 7pm" or "Flight to NYC — April 6" — with the contact name, the date, and a calendar icon.

Tap the icon. That's it. The event is on your Google Calendar. No copying, no switching apps, no typing it in manually.

It's the things you'd normally forget

This isn't about syncing your entire calendar. You already have that. This is about the plans that live in your text messages and never make it to your calendar — the ones you'd remember at 6:45pm when it's too late.

Amicai catches them because it's already reading your conversation patterns for your Daily Reflection. The plans were always there. Now they have somewhere to go.

Timeline reminders too

If you've confirmed a Life Event (like a friend's job change or a family health situation), Amicai creates a timeline of check-in reminders — "Initial support," "Two week check-in," "One month follow-up." Each one has a due date.

You can now export all of those to your calendar at once. Each event gets labeled with the person's name, so on April 12th your calendar says "Two week check-in — Lindsay Pryor" instead of a vague reminder you'd ignore.

How to set it up

Takes about 30 seconds:

  1. Open Settings on the web app
  2. Go to Data Sources
  3. Scroll to Google Calendar and click Connect
  4. Authorize Amicai in the Google popup

That's it. Your next Daily Reflection will show the Upcoming section with any plans Amicai has detected from your recent conversations.

What you'll see

On your Daily Reflection, right above Relationship Movements, you'll see something like:

Upcoming

  • Sarah leaving in April — Today — with Lindsay Pryor
  • Visit/Trip Dates — Tomorrow — with Sara Irene Wheeler
  • Cat sitting service request for Denver trip — Friday — with Lindsay Pryor

Each row has a calendar icon on the right. One tap and it's on Google Calendar as an all-day event (or at the specific time if one was mentioned in conversation).

Plans for today or tomorrow get an urgency dot so they stand out. Plans further out show the day name or date.

Beta on web — iOS coming soon

This is live now on app.getamicai.com. It's in beta, which means we're still refining it. If a plan shows up that's wrong or a date is off, that's useful feedback — just let us know.

iOS support is coming in the next sprint. For now, this is web-only.

Why this matters

Most relationship apps tell you to do more — text more, call more, schedule more. Amicai's approach is different: notice what's already happening and make it easier to follow through.

You already made the plan. You already had the conversation. The information is right there in your messages. All we did was connect it to the place where you actually look when you're planning your week.

Never lose touch with the people who matter.

Amicai uses AI to analyze your conversations and help you maintain the relationships you care about most.
